California issued guidance for the re-opening of bars, taverns and brewery tasting rooms last week that includes removing the requirement for alcohol to be served only with the purchase of food. Additionally, the ABC modified their COVID relief, including the application to expand your premise, to reflect this change.
This guidance will be applicable to your brewery once your county has been approved and moved into stage 3. You can track if your county has moved into stage 3 here. You should also watch your county public health department website for updates.
